I've seen this game and its predecessor mentioned on various lists about nudity in g, but when I looked online the only gameplay videos all stopped on the age restriction screen. I can't read Japanese well enough for complete game footage right now, but I wanted to show how to get past the age protection as well as actual gameplay footage for those interested in trying it.
